They learn what it means to do work worth standing behind. His faith and his family shape how he shows up for people — with patience, honesty, and respect for the road they're on

Joseph brings 15 years of industry expertise to our academy. His focus is on equipping students with practical detailing skills that build a stable foundation for a new career. He treats every student with fairness, offering individual attention and hands-on guidance to ensure they feel confident on the job. Joe is dedicated to helping people create a better life through the trade, providing the simple, honest mentorship needed for trainees to truly succeed and transform their futures.
Diane Howard
Operations and Support
Diane works behind the scenes to manage the essential logistics and paperwork that keep our mission moving forward. She takes immense pride in maintaining a safe, structured, and welcoming environment where every student can focus entirely on their personal growth and technical training without distractions.
Beyond her administrative duties, Diane is the culinary soul of our community, famous for the legendary snacks that keep spirits high and students motivated. By treating everyone like a member of her own family, she creates the supportive home base necessary for true transformation to take place. Her dedication ensures that every trainee feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Without her keeping an eye on things, the building would probably burn down by lunch.
